• Personalised PDF and JPG files after written proof approval; full size pack included.
• We aim to send your proof within two working days of receiving complete wording; one round of wording corrections; final files within one working day of your approval.

Good to know: Please check all spellings. The illustration, people, clothing and faces remain as shown. This is text personalisation, not a portrait drawn from photographs. Layouts adapt to each proportion; larger sheets use more surrounding space to preserve illustration detail. Print the matching file at actual size (100%), without cropping. Each order includes one selected scene. Original illustrations are AI-assisted and arranged with personalised typography.

Proof and delivery: made to order, not an instant download. We aim to send a proof within two working days after receiving complete wording. One round of wording corrections is included. Your final JPG and PDF are supplied within one working day after you approve the proof. Proofs and final files are sent privately to the email address supplied at checkout. Please monitor that inbox and reply with your written approval. Delayed replies or missing details extend the turnaround. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
