Thanks for supporting Soulspring. Every physical piece is made to order for you, so here's what to expect.
Who we are
Soulspring is a UK business. Prices show in pounds sterling (GBP). Where available, your local currency is shown automatically. Questions about an order? Email us at support@soulspring.co.uk.
Digital downloads
Printables, planners, templates and digital art prints are delivered online. Nothing is posted and there is no delivery charge.

Instant downloads: straight after your payment goes through, we email you ("Your downloads are ready") with a link to your download page, where you can download your files as a zip.

Personalised digital prints: we create these from the details you give us. They are emailed within 1–2 working days.

No link? Check your spam folder first, then email us with your order number.
Tees and hoodies (made to order by our print partner)
Our tees and hoodies are printed on demand by our partner, Printful. The Christmas sweatshirt is also made by Printful (see Christmas gifts below for its delivery charge).

UK timing (including making time): tees usually 4–6 working days; hoodies usually 4–12 working days, depending on the hoodie. These are estimates, not guarantees. The estimate for your item is shown on the product page.

Outside the UK: our print partner usually takes 2–5 working days to make your item, then standard international delivery takes about 5–20 working days. Allow roughly 7–25 working days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees.

These are our print partner's rates, which are set in US dollars. Delivery is charged in your checkout currency (pounds for UK shoppers) and the exact amount is shown before you pay, so it may differ slightly from the dollar figures above because of exchange rates.

Who makes them: the Christmas sweatshirt is printed by Printful. The ornament and mug are made to order in the UK by our print partner, Prodigi.

Making and delivery time (UK, including making time): mug about 5–9 working days; ornament about 7–12 working days; sweatshirt about 7–14 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and festive demand can make them longer.

Last order date for Christmas delivery: to give your Christmas gifts the best chance of arriving before Christmas Day, please order by Tuesday 1 December 2026. Orders placed after this date may arrive after Christmas. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders with more than one type of item
Each type of item is made and posted separately, so delivery is charged for each group. For example, a tee plus a mug pays both the tee rate and the £5.95 Christmas rate. You'll see the full total before you pay.
Free UK delivery on orders of £50 or more
UK orders of £50 or more get free delivery. It's applied automatically at checkout, and it covers every item in the order. The £50 is the total price of the items in your basket; delivery charges don't count towards it. Free delivery can't be combined with other discounts, such as the BUILT DIFFERENT week offers (2–8 November) or discount codes. If your order gets another discount, that discount applies instead and delivery is charged as normal. Because of this, the £50 is always counted on full prices, before any discount.
Customs and duties
Our prices and delivery charges don't include customs duties, import taxes or handling fees for orders sent outside the UK. If your country charges them, you pay them, usually to the carrier on delivery. We don't collect them at checkout and can't refund them. UK orders: some items may be made outside the UK. If you're ever asked to pay an import charge on a UK order, contact us before paying and we'll sort it.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking where the carrier provides it.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within a few working days of the estimated delivery date, email us with your order number. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, please send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it, but a new delivery charge applies.
Where we can't ship
Our print partner can't ship to some destinations (list checked 30 October 2026; it can change with world events), including Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Ecuador, and the Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine.
